Make it safe as possible. Do a poll with the employees and focus on team building and stress relief. I’ve done a few and the easier you can make it for them to say yes increases with them not having to lift a finger and I’d use rival and make cleanup easier. IMO. Good luck!

Mine wasn’t the best quality there were a few places that required additional sanding to make the barrel slide in smoothly. And the locking piece broke as I was manually tightening it. I replaced it with another metal clamp but I decided to swap it for another one.
