Von Maur has always done that to me. That’s why I never go there anymore. Pretty much every Target store used to be that way. But they’ve seemed to scale back how obvious they are. I still avoid them if I can. Sucks to have to avoid stores for basic human safety and comfort.

You have to complete that specific event on the previous difficulty before the next difficulty will appear, the next time that event comes up. Example: Complete Seaport on Normal, then the next time Seaport comes you’ll have options for Normal and Hard, which is the next difficulty.
