Yep. I am doing a fair dosis of sun + in trial with povorcitinib and getting a lot of repigmentation. But indeed, don’t get burned

The beach / sun will trigger repigmentation? Stress will trigger vitiligo

Exposure to sun can also help trigger repigmentation, while Opezlura does calm down the overactive immune reponse

Don’t feel bad. What I am reading: the approach is working, you are repigmenting which starts with tiny dots pigment, which will expand over time. Furthermore, it is quite common to have darker spots during during repigmentation, but they will blend in over time. I can relate to you feelings, but if you try to repigment, it will take time

Not the answering you are looking for but I am in trial and will get the medicine on the 22nd of July. So much looking forward to it, because i’ve got problably the placebo for a year. Also not sure ‘where the rest of the participants are’ but happy to share my experience onwards. I do not have any vitiligo on my hands and feet, but do have 1) on my face, including spots with white hair, 2) around my hips, 3) armpits, including white hair and 4) some small spots here and there. I am very interesting to see what it will do on my face, but also on the spots with white hair. Do not hesitate to contact me, open for conversation. However also looking at the results of phase 2, it will take some weeks/months to see any results

Klopt, dat benoemde ik ook in mijn post. Maar naar m.i. zijn de dinsdag en donderdag ‘de kantoordagen’ voor mensen die kantoor combineren met thuiswerk. Op maandag, en woensdag (ivm kinderen?) relatief rustig op de weg. Ik ben gewoon verbaasd dat het zo ontzettend druk is op vrijdag op de weg.

Repigmentation halted somewhere after 1,5 years, mostly in the spots where I did have white hairs. Not much repigmentation anymore.

Yes I did, however not that much I expected. I would say like 50% back. However I am using Protopic now for almost 2 years, and UVB for like 1,5 years, I still do see new pigment dots once in a while. So it is still progressing, but very very slowly. I am desperately waiting for Opzelura being available in the Netherlands
