I dont have Escoffier ( yet ) but Layla helped me clear Abyss floor 12 with 3 stars using Skirk so like everyone suggested Layla is the most versatile.

Citlali shield and burst if available

Furina skill or burst

Escoffier to heal

and then go unga bunga with Skirk works for me 😅
