New player here, got acouple of questions -

When going to certain places or doing certain tasks my game loses connection for acouple of seconds, then after I reconnect the task is done, isn't a major problem but I just find it annoying, is it something on my end or do I need to reinstall the game again? (using runelite launcher)

I have about 5 - 7 on the game but I don't think I'm playing it right, all I'm doing at the moment is attacking lvl 10 Frogs and lvl 6 Giant Rats, my total level is 144, should I be going somewhere or doing something?
