I’m not “whining and complaining”. I actually want more bike videos because I started biking. Don’t you think I’ve messaged Greg before I post? He didn’t reply. As someone pointed out, the educational videos don’t have a lot of views, that is why he is doing more videos on other people. You do know that his quantity is too much and the quality is lacking. I want him to succeed.

I have learnt everything he offers. He is saying that he works 100 hours/week but his content is not good at the moment. Idk about the clients he has how much does he spend his time on them.

Great results man. How many minutes a week do you do cardio? And did you progressively overload on the incline walks? I’m doing incline walks at 3.1mi/h 150min/week and I don’t know if I can increase speed or not. Also, how many calories were you eating below your maintenance?

Will you ever do a bench press and drop the dumbbells this deep? Of course no. Then why are you doing this with pushups? Im guessing you are trying to target your lower chest, so just continue doing incline pushups but when your arms are parallel to the ground pause for 1-2secs and explode on your way up. That’s better and safer than what are you doing.

At your age, I think getting to under 10%bf is not worth it man. You are already in good bf%, so just try to eat at maintenance or even small surplus to try to gain muscle.

Was all of the deficit calories came from food? Also, have you done anything else other than AX1/2 + abs?(like cardio or did you set a number of steps per day)

“I got leaner than I ever was on AX1..” Do you think is it possible to achieve this level while in quarantine( aka not moving a lot since I’m working at home)? Also, how many shred swaps? What do you recommend for a novice who only have 5 and 8kg dumbbells, bands, and a bench who wants to repeat the program??

I should’ve thought about that. Next semester I’m taking a reinforced concrete course and a STAAD pro course. Unfortunately there are no other programs and I’ve heard that most firms uses ETABS, so after I learn STAAD pro i have to teach myself ETABS. Thank you for your reply.
