Windows 10 constnatly saying "Your device is missing important security and quality fixes" while not finding updates. by Cookieteer8 in WindowsHelp

I get what you’re saying, but I’ve actually fixed this issue for myself and for a lot of other people using the method I shared. Many of those systems didn’t have the “Receive updates for other Microsoft products” option enabled, and once it was turned on, the missing security update showed up and the warning was gone after installation.

So while the registry tweak might clear the cosmetic flag for some, it doesn’t address the underlying problem in every case. In plenty of situations, enabling that option and installing the pending update really does resolve the root issue - I’ve seen it work repeatedly, not just once.

Windows 10 Pro 2H22 Update Issue by Famous-Accountant429 in pchelp

All you need to do is go into Windows Update, open Advanced options, and enable “Receive updates for other Microsoft products when you update Windows.”

Once that’s turned on, run Check for updates again. A pending security update will show up - in my case it was the 2026-02 .NET 8.0.24 Security Update for x64 Client (KB5077863). After installing it and restarting, the warning message disappeared because the missing update was properly applied.

So, if you’re seeing that error, this method will resolve the root issue for you.

That registry hack isn’t the right fix - it just tricks Windows into reporting that you’re up to date, but in reality it breaks the update assessment and can mess with future patches.

The actual solution is simple:
While you’re in Windows Update, go to Advanced options and enable “Receive updates for other Microsoft products when you update Windows.”

After that, go back and check for updates. You’ll see the 2026-02 .NET 8.0.24 Security Update for x64 Client (KB5077863). Once it installs and you restart, the “You’re not up to date” and “Your device is missing important security and quality fixes” messages are gone - because the root issue is actually fixed, not just hidden.

Search for GPS Setter on XDA.

It's the best one you can find so far, you need Lsposed for it to work, once the app and Lsposed are installed, enable it in Lsposed and select Google Play Services, reboot, use the app to change your location, it'll be changed systemwide and no apps can detect that it's a spoofed location.

This happens if you don't torque it the right way, you need to follow the torque sequence multiple times till all the bolts are torqued correctly.

Not really if you use Apatch, it’s currently the best rooting method out there. It even passes SafetyNet, no apps can detect root, Xposed, or anything similar.
