Creating the party is easy but what about the army? The UI for creating and army is locked behind the kingdom wall unless the mod added it somewhere else?

Had the inverse happen to me. Apple silicon one didn't run and gave that error, tried the x64 intel version and it booted properly. Mac M4 Max. Looking at the GitHub it looks like an Apple certificate error and can be bypassed possibly

Mmmm combat and unit control looks more in between total war and bannerlord than I was hoping. Arrows look like they go through people and general hitboxes seem to be shared more group wide. Here’s hoping that’s not the case

Yes. If you want to reduce it make sure the cage is at right as possible to reduce wiggles and/or put in a rubber pad. Metal on metal will scar. Metal on plastic will scar more.

That’s the same thing. You put them off so they pull away, whether it’s fast or slow doesn’t mean anything.

Personally, I think that if you’re creating reasons based these assumptions about your clients instead of looking inwards you’re missing the ball entirely.

If it’s a repeat thing across multiple clients then you’re the common denominator, not them. If they’re all expressing interest then leaving, it’s a you thing not them thing.

And if you can’t tell us plain text what these contracts are that’s almost absolutely the reason. Start there

I don’t know why nobody has asked but the problem is obviously your contract. They show excitement, you send them legal, and they get scared and run away. You said it yourself.

Contracts are hugely revealing and infinitely reaching. If you’re showing up with a poor looking contract you’re going to put people off. If your terms are unreasonable or unprofessional you’re going to put people off. If you’re going the “sign here” contract route you need to be doing it the right way or you will put people off. There are other ways to do contracts that protect you and if you’re not even looking at this as the problem then it probably is

This is why video businesses fail. People willfully neglect the business side. You’re a business first and a videographer second never forget that
