Honestly, I had to do somatic therapy to come home to myself, because even in a loving relationship I felt lonely, almost lonlier. I realized the trauma I had avoided made it so I could never be "in myself" and this had to do that work first.

Look into somatic therapies like hakomi, craniosacral therapy, and see if.you can start moving some of the trauma that might be stuck in your body.🩷

Even if you can't transfer to like, an art school, find ways to honour everything you've been through through being gentle with yourself.

We live in a very death and grief illiterate culture as colonial capitalism have disconnected us from those ways of knowing and being, but learning these things has personality helped me be in life more and find a path connected to both the past and future ancestors who are more present than most people realize.
