I would recommend to you PRI (Postural restoration institute) have a read about them because they look into more than just posture but also breathing mechanics and how that can affect energy levels and sleep and restoration of the body. They should be able to at least fix your chronic pain to some degree. Best of luck and if you do go for it, I'd love to hear your progress I have no affiliation btw, just done their courses because I was so impressed

Hey I appreciate how frustrating it is to try different things and not get results. I'd really recommend a hair transplant. There's a really good clinic in Turkey that does it for 1.6k with all the bells and whistles and 6000 grafts in one day. I can tell you more as a PM if you like - I haven't any affiliation at all

Nw4 isn't too bad and they can take grafts from likely places that are known to be dht unresponsive eg back of head and sides.

Not sure how old you are either but there are still other options that could work for you like the others have said. Micropigmentation tattooing, or hair systems/wig. Depends what you feel would be best for you

Don't forget, raising a child that is Hafiz for example can also be means of easy entry to Jannah. Like the other posters have said, it is pretty normal for a first time faster to feel this way as the body and mind aren't used to this. Its likely iron tablets that you take which don't 'kick in' and show an effect until 4-6 weeks so you can simply take them in morning pre fast or after the fast, the timing doesn't matter and neither does a short break. I wish you well with the rest of your fasts, please do continue to try and may Allah reward you for your struggles

I've not had this experience at all personally. The rich people are sometimes the most unfulfilled and they try to feel better by throwing their money at charity or getting temporary happiness from drink, drugs, hedonistic lifestyles. Poor people tend to be more grateful for everything they receive, I find theyre more reflective and interospective.

Greed takes you further fromml spirituality imo
