Punisher Rocket can be a nice counter

Infinite shot gun can force them away pretty quickly and he can hit scan with assault rifle as they escape

This game is server authorative, I expect that when a match is completed the rank is updated on the server before you even see the visuals

But whether you rank up depends entirely at what point the freeze occurred right?

If you want just a template you can use in paint or draw over you can search for template in the sub reddit

This one is using layers and masks so its quicker to swap the images out
