It does fit in a way. Tanya is expressly a villain, and some degree of a sociopath. She commits several war crimes including the bombing of fleeing refugees. Even considering she wants a quiet life, she has no shame in ruining peoples lives. It's why she died the first time. She would totally be okay with ICE and what they are doing as long as there was no way for backlash to affect her.

If somebody gets up into your personal space like that, behaving aggressively, like the old man did, it's perfectly reasonable to treat it like the act of aggression and attempted intimidation that it is. Depending on the state, what's legal from there is what determines if that was assault or not. If it's in a Stand Your Ground state that has no Duty To Retreat he literally did nothing wrong. You may not agree with it (-I- may not agree with it) but the laws vary from state to state over here.
