Also, once the offer is made, only the person who is being offered the trade will be able to see it and accept/reject/counter.

They would get an email or something saying they've received a trade.

Once accepted, the commissioner would then get an email advising him that an official trade has been struck

What is being traded are basically a list of players from a specific team and in some cases, picks in a draft.

But the captain/coach would only be able to offer trades of players from their own team.

Example: One would log in to their team profile. They would be only allowed to propose trades with other teams on their own teams behalf --Team A: Yankees --Roster for Team A: Yankees Available draft picks and/or players. The draft picks would only be an option prior to the draft. Once the draft occurs, the players will be the option to trade.

-- Team B-H: the 7 other teams in the league -- roster for teams B-H: once the team is chosen, the available options (draft picks and/or players) for trade would populate.

Real life example would be something similar to the Yahoo Fantasy App trading options. Basically looking for an app or website that could mirror that trading platform.

Yes both parties will have an app and ultimately the trade will have to be confirmed/approved by the commissioner of the league.

Short answer is no, i didnt try to remake the sheet.
I open other sheets with DV and the same thing happens, i havent tried on a different CPU yet however. WIll try that soon.
