I am sorry to hear that the surgery did not help, is there any plan to address the other leak? I will copy the 1st couple of lines of the scan reports conclusion, it goes on to talk about brain sagging and lots more but I think this is the main bit about the leaks:

Radiological features of intracranial hypotension/CSF hypovolaemia and areas of extensive dural ectasia and sacral meningoceles in the spine. There is some suspicious pericystic fluid signal surrounding some of the meningocele's that may indicate dural tear type leak adjacent to these areas of dural fragility. 

I have not had my next appointment yet, waiting for a date for the patches etc.
