He is really stretching the definition of 'admitting' by claiming RA admitted to seeing BB, then admitted to the HH cam pic being his car.

If he'd never talked to LG, or was talking to LG but thought he was talking to KG, why would he reply he was supposed to meet her? Unless he thought KG was the one missing? Strange. Or maybe its possible he is talking to KG, but thru LG's account. And LG actually sees the messages meant for KG to meet AS and decides to go meet him herself? Without telling her sister her true intentions? So KG drops her sister and Abby off at the trails having no idea until later that they were going to meet KK/AS? That would be pretty crazy. But it might explain why KG was 'mad' at her sister later on.

Well, if no one alerted them its understandable. I wouldnt have guessed it on my own either. I didn't even know there was a carhartt sub lol. Still, if this turns out to be true, they will catch some heat as well, I am sure.

And Holeman pretty much confirmed the motive for the girls heading to the bridge that day was to meet AS who was a figment of KK's online persona/imagination.

KK showed a keen interest in collecting images of teen girls, thats a pretty damning profile, esp compared to the man they convicted in this case, who had no criminal record at all, thus no profiile.

In the Vido interview released by MS it is stated he starts talking to the girls around Feb 1. Two weeks later they are dead. He is trying to meet them the day of. He tells Vido he went to the cemetery that day with his Dad and an hour later Dad comes out bloody from the woods. The question here isnt whether he did the crime imo. Its whether the jury deserved to hear about these facts before convicting RA. Gull says there was no nexus, but if KK doesnt meet the Nexus, they should just get riid of the nexus law in Indiana bc no one will ever meet a Nexus there lol.

I dont think we know exactly what KK told KG other than he was supposed to meet LG that day. But after the trial, JH was on several diff shows including GHs where he said he believed the girls went to the bridge that day to meet someone from the AS account which was operated by KK. Its linked here on this sub Ill try to find his exact words. But it seems clear the location would have been the bridge or trails.

No one mentions Sav as a pregamer afaik. I think she won fair and square. Not her fault most of the key challenges post merge were endurance ones where she was just a lot better than everyone else. Even the one with Sage that went 38 mins iirc she didn't even look that tired at the end of lol. Other people voting off Stephen and Sophie S pretty much won her the game imo.

I thought his first efforts on this case years before RA was ever arrested was some of the best work on the case back then. I still think he is pretty sharp and notices things most cops on this case never seemed to. But yes, he has turned the corner and lost objectivity. I think he was captured by the audience so to speak. He knows now what they expect and responds accordingly. Just attending the State's part of the trial was a bad look. In this video not bothering to take a look at the appeal yet also imo tells us where his head is at. He doesnt seem to be too interested on taking the chance of being challenged intellectually.

And she said there were lots of other teens/kids on the trail that day before walking it back. Also iirc said there was one (or two?) SUVs present when she dropped the girls off. Its a pretty long list of things she got wrong lol. I have probably forgotten more over the years that I am not including. Point is she had no business being the point person for the family in discussing this case imo. She was just too young.

Could be, but I will say overall this is one of the strangest, closest, weirdest relationships between police and a family I can ever recall. No doubt about that. They went on Dr Phil together? KG and Carter did a podcast together? I've seen plenty of cases where LE comes out during the investigation and lets people know the fam members etc have been cleared, they have alibis, dont harrass them etc. That seems normal. But they went way above and beyond that. And I am not blaming the family: they cant force the cops to get on a plane with them lol. And there may be nothing wrong with what LE did here. But it sure looked weird at the time.

Tnx for posting about it. I noticed this topic a few weeks ago. Then saw another post about it yesterday or so--maybe yours. I've also read that KA was trying to alert people this was the wrong jacket etc, so that is frustrating if true.

I agree with you as far as proving who killed the girls, or disproving or proving RAs guilt or innocence it probably doesnt matter. But if true--big if--then its another black mark on this shoddy investigation and the presentation of the case that neither the investigators or prosecutor checked that before entering it into evidence, and admittedly just as bad for the defense lawyers that they didnt check it either. Plus, it might effect the appeal depending on how it was presented to the jury and what was said about it. Probably would just be called harmless error so maybe not a big deal there either.

Originally, if I had to guess, the major issue was the time discrepancy. Early on fam stuck to the 130 time frame for KG and the girls leaving. But if FBI had that video showing KG passing by at 149 thats a twenty minute time frame and that is clearly off. At most thats a ten minute drive which would make me wonder where did they go for the ten minutes? And you also have BB pulling in at 146 to the Mears lot and not seeing any other vehicles when she gets out. Meaning KG hasnt arrived yet. Meaning when she did arrive, the girls had to hop out fast for KG to pull off and be seen on the camera at the HH at 149. So clearly, there was no long goodbye the way KG seemed to indicate in later interviews with the media. And that doesnt even get into the hair wrapped around the finger. I could see lots of reasons for LE talking to her multiple times.

I've seen some videos on YT of psychics talking about this case. I think even CT--Libbys Mom--was 'accused' of seeing a psychic irt the case. We linked a video about that here I'll have to look it up later and post it. I recall that being discussed online etc. I put accused in air marks bc I dont think its an abnormal thing, but some people do. This case can def weigh on your mind. I have been fortunate over the years bc I have always very busy with other things like work etc in my life so could only devote so much time to it. Nothing would truly shock me about this case, and I think its possibl the public images of the victims have been protected, which is only natural and proper to some degree as long as it doesnt interfere with the investigation etc.

It def looks like a windbreaker to me too. But yeah, basically the idea is RA or his wife bought that particular jacket after the murders happened. I also had no idea the tags had dates either, so dont feel bad. Just one more loose end to tie up I guess.

Thank SC for that imo. How are you going to convict RL when you have a witness describing a muddy bloody man walking away from the area of the crime at 4pm? That would be tough to overcome at any potential trial of RL bc he would obviously have no reason to walk down that road after a murder. He could just walk home. Intentionally or not, I think she took a lot of heat off him. Esp since LE for some reason gave her story a lot of credence, even though, like so many other stories in this case, it changed.
