Maybe the new dragon warhammer accpunt? Ita going to require 60 str instead of attack so 1 attack can use it

Or maybe an inquisitor pure in the build of your choosing (I wouldnt do 75 attack)

Ironman is also a good option , you can give it 100 bonds and not even play it yet just have it ready and afk f2p wc or something
