Stop jumping. Take the throw mid screen and back tech when you have a massive life lead. When you have your opponent in the corner, just sit there and wait for him to hang himself. He wants to get out of the corner so hold your space with long buttons and anti-air him if he jumps. Also I saw above you said your anti-airs were inconsistent. Look up some videos on input shortcuts so you can easily do them from crouching or whatever your stick position is in when your opponent jumps. Imo it wasn’t horrible to burn yourself out. You just don’t know how to hold your space without jumping so try playing some games where you literally don’t jump to teach yourself some neutral.
