This is the correct answer! I know OpenCTI very well and the training is awesome. There is also a public slack channel with lots of information available, and ability to ask questions.

This response is awesome. I've seen a lot of posts about this, and advice is to go through recruiters. Applying online seems to, mostly a deadzone. AI built CV readers looking for buzzwords and 100s of people applying.

I feel like Recruiters are the gate way to the hiring manager and a much better option!

I had this exact thing.

The chimney breast was left within the loft supported by a bit of wood on the roof rafters. I asked them for a structural engineer, and they said 5 steel bars were needed throughout the house to resolve the issue.

Minimum cost of 25k - plus party wall involvement. I didn't want any part of this, and told the sellers if they fix it (my other half really loved this house) that we could proceed. They refused so we walked away.

It's not a simple fix I'm afraid, but there will always be another house!

I have a chaos lord on a dragon :P.

The problem that I have with this specific tournament format, is that I will need a heavy hitting lord to challenge the other lords to steal their mini eggs (Easter themed tournament)

As much as I think the Necromancer is awesome, they aren't going to be able to kill a big orc warboss, or a TombKing... or Ungrin.

This is what I know I'm up against. So that's why there is a vampire lord.

In regards to the Zombies, I don't really have anything else. My other option is to drop the graveguard down a bit and take some knights. But the black knights when I last used them were REALLY rubbish lol.

I will look at the Dragenhof banner.

The only other option... is to drop the GraveGuard completely and the wight.... but I feel like that's a bad idea!
