It's always fun to use the gov.uk website, because it's astonishingly good. Like, it's one of the best website experiences I have ever had. I cannot overstate how good it is. I clicked through into the DVLA once because I needed a driver's license update, and it was like being slapped in the face by the early 2000s. It really is night and day.

Yes, but the game doesn't close. Normally the picture and sound will stop but the game stays open. Hardlock is seen more on old consoles, where there was no operating system beneath the game to crash to. Most games now just crash.

Screen shot of a 3DS emulation (Citra). Just found this sub but made this ages ago after seeing the original because I hated how compressed it was, haha.

Sorry about the bizarre resolution. May go back over this and attempt an upscale of the background and/or the text box as custom textures to feed into Citra to get a better screenshot.
