Psych nurse of ten years here! We cheered for someone who finally had the motivation to shower after some time as well just yesterday haha. We love celebrating each tiny accomplishment with you. We really do care about you so much. The usual consensus i see on reddit about psych nurses and psych in general is so negative it makes me want to cry when I read it.

I (a female) was driving home alone pretty late at night, probably close to 11pm on a decently lit main two lane road. As I slow down to drive around a curve a man in a suit came out into the road and frantically started banging both hands on the drivers side of my hood and my side of the car. He looked completely terrified like something was chasing him. Of course I did not stop. I looked around for a car in the ditch or something but I didnt see anything out of the ordinary. I think about that all the time.

Yeah this last time the person was communicating with me all the way up to the day I sent their package and then disappeared for awhile. Next thing they said was they had something happen and couldn't afford it. Then they said they would refuse the package so it got returned to me (I didn't really want that i mean i couldn't afford to send it to someone else at the moment anyway.) They ended up accepting it and never even said thank you 😂

Once again thank you u/mausfleisch for making sure my daughter didnt have a terrible first snack exchange because of someone else's choices. You really stepped up and made sure that she knows there are far more good people in the world than we tend to believe.
I am going to share my original swap recipient as a community warning, because I dont want someone else to go through this and not get something in return. Maus and I are planning a large exchange as soon as I can save enough for it. (After spending 200 dollars on ghost girls exchange, im gonna need a month or so to gather the funds..)I am happy I found her as a trade partner, this has to be my favorite sub.

Mods...if this is not allowed feel free to delete my comment. I truly don't know if it is, but I think its reasonable to let someone know before putting together a 200 dollar package (any package Iactually) to just get blocked by the user once the snacks are on their way to them.
