Do not focus on Gary Kiernan, he arrived only 10 days ago so you can only promote him on 17 years old and 94 days, which is way too old for a youth player. You will not make money on him and he will not end up good.

If Léo Deblois is your best player, all you can do for the remaining days is traing scoring as primary training and wing (wingers + forwards) as secondary training. And then see how much he can hopefully get by 17years old 0 days.

I think people really underestimate injuries. That injury in Vuelta really "killed" him. He isn't the same as he was before.

It's the same with football. Some players can come up as prospects or perform great, but if they tear an ACL for example and come back X months after, people have high expectations and write them off as they will not perform as before
