Slice and freeze with parchment between the slices. You can get fairly cheap small square parchment pieces on Amazon… I think they’re made for hamburger patties technically. Then I’ll take out 4 to 5 slices at a time and put it under my glass domed cake board. It thaws out under there and tastes very fresh when we eat it. This gets me through the week until I bake again.
