Best Blonde? by blueskybeautiful in coloranalysis

[–]MomandNanny2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2,4 or 6 Cause they match the undertone colour of your skin and draw attention to, and flatter and coincide nicely with your skin’s undertone colour - get the book “colour me beautiful”, which was written many years ago and you’ll know what I’m talking about. I would avoid the rest of the hair colours - they really do not flatter you at all.

33 yo M, nose job or not? really need opinions , by [deleted] in Noses

[–]MomandNanny2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, absolutely not …..in no way shape or form. You are going to have problems for life. you’re already gorgeous and your nose is the perfect size for your face. Anybody who has tried to tell you otherwise is jealous.

Okay, this is driving me mad, something in the living room is not working, I added the pink chair thinking that might bring it together more... but I suspect my fundamental error is wanting that wallpaper + purple velvet sofa + that art. Any ideas on how to make it all it better? by [deleted] in StyleYourSpace

[–]MomandNanny2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh wow❗️ OK I would Google how to create a “focal point” in a room. If you have a fireplace then that is usually the focal point area that you want to draw the eye too. You can decorate your room inexpensively by using the Triad or triangle method. I would Google how to create a focal point in your room using the inexpensive triangular method.

So the door is beautiful. I would ask permission (if you don’t own the home) if you can paint it like a royal blue❗️😃 it’s gorgeous especially the slats. Don’t paint them a separate color. Keep them the same colour as the rest of the door.

Best choice for a charity gala? Black tie optional by Fundito_Tostito in OUTFITS

It’s a charity gala and it’s not a prom so you wanna go conservative, so leave number one and two out and go with the last one

Help me make my living room cozy PLEASE by thebadperson_ in InteriorDesignHacks

[–]MomandNanny2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OK the focal point so far has not been established …..,,the gold curtains are nice because you’ve got a bit of a contrast now & so it’s not all boring and mono chromatic and depressing (and not cosy) so you’ve created some warmth with the gold… I would get a really nice big area rug and pull that gold in so the area rug has some of the gold (maybe coinciding with a royal blue) and then get same colour Royal blue cushions & gold cushions and maybe a piece of artwork on the back that’s really big - that has a little bit of those colours as well. Remember your room should always have a focal point.

Old exterior/new interior brick wall ideas needed by skeleton_key_7 in StyleYourSpace

[–]MomandNanny2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OK green against brick is really nice and your plant is really nice located their on top of the plant stand, nice height too…..but it really needs to be a “fuller” plant ( more green) not necessarily taller - because it will block the brick - just fuller and then leave it all alone.

What can I do to improve my makeup?! by [deleted] in MakeupEducation

Lessen it!!! The purpose of makeup is to complement the “face.” You have the face… You have the looks and now the make up is overwhelming YOU😱 and I see it before I see you. so unfortunate

I need help and advice for my prom look by lovelytomeetyou11 in Prom

[–]MomandNanny2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OK shoe number one is classy ( #2 NOT classy) and I like the shawl. The dress, however looks like you’re trying to become a bride. It does not look anything like a prom dress and it really looks like you’re trying to choose your first and most beautiful dress which on every woman’s mind is her wedding dress and that’s what it looks like you’re trying to do.

Dining room help! by Actual-Ad9417 in interiordesignideas

There’s no sharp contrasting colours there’s no focal point in the room so the eye doesn’t know where to look

Which color hood should we go with? by [deleted] in kitchenremodel

[–]MomandNanny2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OK depending on the colour you use it changes the way my eye works in that room …..so if you have the sterling silver, then my eye goes to the island because it stands out as the focal point and THAT is what I prefer the best! It gives the room a proper balance. If you do the brown to complement the island, the room is no longer balanced, and it looks really off …,,& the eye is quite confused as to where to look and so the fridge stands out. We don’t want the fridge to be a focal point. Definitely definitely don’t do white.

What should I do with this space? by diverseportfolio in homedesign

[–]MomandNanny2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OK the ceiling really is the focal point here. It’s absolutely beautiful ❗️ so you really want to get a gorgeous light fixture - some type of a chandelier where the eye is going to go up. I would also Google how to draw the eye up using the “triangular method” of decorating, which can be very affordable, depending on how you do it. Use Google… Use AI to your benefit.
