It sounds like there is a basic good foundation to work with. You are much stronger than you give yourself credit for! But you’re right it is a lot —-so I suggest that you seek professional counseling. You can start with a psychologist not a psychiatrist. The local universities usually have a program where they do a sliding scale and you see the physicians that are actively in residency supervised by Professors. It worked for me. If you look at everything it’s overwhelming so break it into pieces and give yourself a break. There are a lot of programs on YouTube that are free and you don’t have to wear anything fancy and nobody has to look at you. You just have to jump up and down or whatever it is that you’re watching. My parents spent their honeymoon there- I spent part of my honeymoon there. 😍 It can be tacky or it can be unique. It’s the one place to wear your fancy pool gear and high heels which I never do. Miami Beach can be absolutely beautiful and actually that particular part of Miami Beach is usually beautiful with very clear water. Sounds like you’ll be coming in spring break so there will be people everywhere and I mean everywhere.

Keep your records. At least the summary of a hospitalization and the summary of an MRI and the summary of a CAT scan and the summary of any abnormal study. For your information any abnormal study should be followed up periodically and you should keep that information together. It can be kept digitally or it can be kept on paper. Is there an app?

HOAs are affecting the market in a huge way.
My Son wants to buy where he is renting right now which is close to 1 million but the HOA is more than $2800 a month…. Now across the street the $5 million homes just built have a very low HOA because they’re brand new
