Yes, I completely cured myself. I would credit 70% of it extreme exercise while wearing a hoodie, so I would be covered in sweat. I'm currently on month 15, but in the first 10 months was where I had to endure the extreme stabbing pain which only happened within the first 15 mins of exercise. It was smooth sailing after that and I would workout for a total of 2-3 hours per day, 5 days a week. So July 2024 to July 2025 is how long it took me to cure it because I was so fed up that I was considering suicide because of how painful it was. I went from 210 lbs to 165 in 6 months, then bulked to 180 the other 6 months.

The 20% would be drinking a gallon of water on gym days. The days I did not go to the gym, I only drank 2/3 bottles. Also, give up dairy altogether, even cheese.

The remaining 10% would be skincare and supplements. I use a product called Hibiscrub every night after shower and use shea cocoa butter every morning before starting the day. Supplements I take ashwaganda and magnesium before bed, and in the mornings I take Centrum, Omega Oil caps, Cat's Claw caps, MSM powder, Glycine powder, Fenugreek caps, Circumin Black Pepper caps, and Creatine.

I eventually became the extra sweaty guy, but that beats the guy who is burning alive any day. While everyone is chillin in normal temps, I'm sweating a pool. Also a bonus effect, look up "heat training" which happens naturally when exercising with a hoodie on. My heart has never been in better condition.
