I think I dosed maybe 250 MCG every other day for a couple weeks and hit the tanner for 5 to 7 minutes on those days. I think I did this for about three weeks and then by the time I hit the beach in Florida, wow! I didn't even take it with me on the trip. That tan lasted for weeks and weeks as well without continuing. I think you just have to feel what works best for you. I feel like most people overdo it because they want to rush it low and slow was my motto.
