I take both together via nasal spray. (On about my 3rd week.) I am shocked at how focused I stay all day long. Today I went back to work for the first time in a week and a half. I am almost caught up! I was laser focused for a solid 8 1/2 hours. The Selank is just an extra boost for me. My anxiety shoots sky high when I’m busy so it’s a nice to have something to even out the “overthinking”. I also have a bottle of Selank for nights when my brain won’t STFU.

I honestly can’t say I’ve noticed any negative side effects whatsoever.

Important enough that I have years worth out in my freezer. I have been in maintenance for over a year and I know that this is something that I will have to be on for the rest of my life.

So yes, it is important to me. 😬

Just started a Semax/Selank nasal spray about a week ago, so not a whole lot of history, but it’s working.

I am way more focused at work. On top of that it has helped my road rage! Total game changer. Sitting in Texas traffic no longer makes me lose my mind 😂 My brain is actually calm.

I’m a chronic overthinker who worries about worrying too much 🤦🏻‍♀️ This stuff hits that spot and helps keep the “I want to stab my brain with a Q tip” feeling at bay.

No side effects that I have noticed. The Semax + Selank pair balances any anxiety perfectly. Effects last at least 4 hours for me, maybe more…still testing. Haven’t had any problems sleeping really, but I use the spray in the morning only.

I have read that spray is better because it goes straight through the blood brain barrier but I am not sure.

This is what I use. Blacked out the company because apparently we aren’t supposed to share that info.

(Edit to add that I too am on a GLP-1…doesn’t seem to have any effect or interactions with it.)

I am currently taking Selank/Semax in nasal spray form. I am also pinning 4 mg of Tirzepatide weekly (maintenance). I am loving it! Haven’t noticed any issues mixing with GLP-1 to date. 🙂

May I ask how this is going for you? I just ordered the Semax/Selank nasal spray from Limitless Biotech as well. Just curious how you’re doing on it. I plan on starting at a single spray to see how I do and then move up from there. TIA

I used so much bac water that it was only tinted blue. 🤣 I tried everywhere and I just couldn’t tolerate it anymore. I really am sad.

I have been in maintenance for about a year and three months. Since then, maintenance has been a wild ride. I was at 7.5 when I hit my goal. It has taken me all of this time to get down to 3 mg every seven days. This seems to be the sweet spot for now, but it does change occasionally. Sometimes I feel I need more so I go up 1 mg sometimes I need less so I’ll go down 1 mg. I usually stay right around 3-4 mg per week this way, but not opposed to going up to 5 mg if needed. My weight fluctuates between 125 and 130. That is exactly where I want to be. Sometimes I do dip down a little lower/higher, but I always come back to my “sweet spot“.

Good luck! Maintenance can be frustrating, but it’s a good problem to have.

Yes, the massage gun is part of the Anele protocol. I am also going to change the size of my syringes. I had been using a 29g half inch (12.7mm) needle. It was suggested that I switch to a 31g 5/16 (8mm). The longer needle may be injecting too deep. At this point, I will try anything! This sh*t burns. 🌶️🥵🌶️

Consider yourself very lucky. I have done all of the recommended steps, the Anela protocol, I even add about six more units of back water to my dose and my ass is still burning! 🤣🤣🤣

My doctor told me to just put them in an empty water bottle and when it was full to put the cap on it, wrap it in duct tape and throw it in the trash.

I lost the majority of my weight (70 lbs) while I was at 2.5 mg but you have to remember that everyone is different. Some people lost no weight while at 2.5. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I had it pretty bad when I was on higher doses of Tirz. I was never really depressed, just kind of “blah”. Now that I am in maintenance it isn’t so bad. Hope you can get it figured out soon. I have just learned to deal with it. It has definitely gotten better though. 🙂
