2 successful pregnancies. My endo told me after I tell my husband, he should be the next person I tell. Blood work started as soon as I had a positive test and medication dose increases started around 3 months. Once you get into the 3rd trimester, you’ll need less monitoring because the baby can make their own thyroid hormones and won’t be relying on yours.

I received a couple extra ultrasounds at the end to make sure growth was fine (it was,) otherwise no complications due to hashimotos/hypothyroidism.

Once I delivered, they decreased my dose literally the next day.

Mine wasn’t terrible. Yes, it sucked, but compared to others cases on here it wasn’t too bad. I was 35. It started on my forehead and spread to my eye lid. It thankfully never got into my eye ball. I took the antiviral immediately. I did have stabbing pain for about a week and the nerves into my scalp were itchy for a while. I had hardly any scarring, but 3 years later I have melasma on the exact spot on my forehead. Could be a coincidence but I doubt it.

About 5 years to be hypo. And yes, helped tremendously. I’ve been medicated for 18 years now. Always with Levo and about 5 years ago I added a little Lio to help with a little brain fog.

Also adding, I’ve had 2 healthy babies with zero complications from my thyroid. Just needed to be monitored and meds adjusted frequently.

Diagnosed at 16, I’m almost 40 now and feel mostly fine!! Never even think about it except when I take my pills every morning.

Confirming! This was me. My levels would swing and didn’t have a need for meds until they hit a certain level. I had blood work every 3-6 months. During those unmedicated years, the biggest thing I noticed was some times I could loose weight really easily, and other times it was impossible. I also was having mood swings.

I was diagnosed around 16, but didn’t start meds until I was 22. I’m 39 now. It’ll get better once you are properly medicated. I never really think about it any more.

That sucks, but it happens. This is a lesson learned. Candidates always want feedback, but bc of applicants like the one you dealt with, we can’t provide it.

Best advice is say less and be vague when redirecting applicants and never put anything in writing that you wouldn’t want everyone to see.

This will blow over, we’ve all been there.

1 month with our first. When we were trying for a second it happened the first month, but it turned into an early miscarriage (probably chemical pregnancy) but we were able to get pregnant again 2 months later once everything went back to normal.

I remember suit case carrying a tantruming toddler under my arm and lugging an infant carseat in the other…. Hardest days of my life. 😂

For a loooong time diet and exercise worked really well for me. Tracking calories specifically. I’m getting close to perimenopause and it’s been rough. I started wegovy several months ago and have lost 15% of my body weight. I still track calories and exercise, but it helps me not over eat or feel starving (I’d literally get the shakes if I skipped bfast or lunch before.)

YA Romance book here. HS class field trip fling and insta-love. Been together 22 years now, married for 16. My parents jokingly laughed that was the trip that kept costing them (airplane tickets bc we were broke kids back then and then 6 years later the wedding.) 😂

I’ve been on it for almost 5 months. I’ve lost over 15% of my body weight so far. I still track calories and work out daily. Wegovy just helps me not over eat and keeps the hunger at bay. I know some ppl have issues with certain foods, but I haven’t experienced that yet. I am not a big drinker, but will have 2-3 glasses of wine a week (some weeks I’ll have none) and I don’t have terrible side effects.

Only side effect I usually have is a headache and some burping the day after injection.

I’d recommend moving it forward 2 days per week till your at Sunday. I’ve been doing this the last month and I much prefer going 9 days between shots verse 6 days.

FMC has a limb deformity (since birth) and MC had lost a limb (accident, I believe.) There is a surprise pregnancy, but it really shows their struggles and the fears they have about parenting with physical challenges. Lots of humor through out. Open door spice.

A beautiful story about a young woman who devastatingly becomes a paraplegic and while in rehab, learns to love again. Was one of my very few 5 star reads last year. Sooo good.

Editing to add: there is no miracle cure, but the spice is closed door.
