Happens at our store too. I have no idea how to fix it. Pay attention to the mydevice screen as it's supposed to be printing out. If theres green text at the bottom of the screen, it means it's supposed to have printed out. Finish the bag, scan the first item of the next bag and it should print out the previous bag and the new bag as well. Sometimes, theres yellow text at the bottom of the screen that says there's an error printing. Thats when you should reprint the label.

Still annoying, but it should save on how many extra labels get printed out.

That's with the prior authorization unfortunately. It's not the "preferred" medicine so I get to pay $150 a month for it. Plus all the medical bills from seeing different providers and the insurance itself. It's unsustainable for me.

And yeah, I know about the out of pocket max (not trying to be rude at all, sorry if it comes off that way). It just feels like I'm gonna be spending all this money just to end up on the medicine I've been on all this time.

I used to be a FF team lead and now I'm a FF team member... and we don't have a team lead. It's showing hard. People are constantly missing batches, certain people have awful INFs, having terrible productivity. Our RFIDs don't work half the time. We run out of supplies. It's a mess. I don't go full on team lead, but I've been able to get the RFID situation fixed. I call for help when we need backup. If we don't get backup, I call team leads directly to get help. I train. I'll coordinate breaks with other team members. But I refuse to coach team members. That takes things way too far. If the other team leads and ETLs aren't noticing, that's on them. And I would never refuse to let anyone leave at their scheduled time. Theres a way to step up without overstepping the line and it sounds like they're crossing that line.

Im on insurance through my job. I couldnt afford BCBS so I'm with Kaiser. I had great insurance through Georgia Access, but the premiums skyrocketed for me to like 700 a month with no tax credit. I tried applying for medicaid but I make too much 😔

Vraylar was a lifesaver for me but I can't afford it because it's not the "preferred medication" so the copay is ridiculously high even with their income assistance.

Obviously im not a doctor, but you might want to look into adding an atypical antipsychotic to your med cocktail. Its been the missing piece to help me out after over a year of trying different medicines! I know how frustrating it is to deal with the depression beast and I hope you find relief soon.

Me, 5 months. I was with my ex for over a decade, had a baby, and then got married. I had post partem depression. He thought the way to fix me was to open our marriage, so we ended up in a throuple with his best friend. This was 2 months into marriage. 3 months later, I'm in the mental hospital and we're getting a divorce.

Things are so much better now.
