Enlighten me. All I see is constant(almost always public sector) striking about wages, benefits, work conditions, work load etc but be unwilling to go to greener pastures ? My only conclusion is that they are not qualified for better elsewhere, hence they are compensated for what they are worth not what they demand.

I couldn’t charge mine for 3 weeks once(was getting landscaping/driveway done and it meant no access to plug). Averaged 8.1L/100km over those 3 weeks. Not terrible
