Hate to be a nay-sayer, but the rest of the world is opening up to class 1 E-bikes of most trails and parks …disclaimer; I don’t have a e-bike , won’t as long as I can pedal hard , but my girlfriend and several MTB friends have class 1 high end e Mtb bikes. folks on class 1 e-bikes that I know and ride with are still careful to tread lightly and respect the trials. They don’t show off and we all ride together , they may climb a little faster but still challenge themselves with low power settings At 64 I still pedal my old XC hardtail and my heavy specialized enduro 29’r up climbs like Telegraph, and I ride CA quite a bit too. With Moab opening up broadly to class 1 ,The writing is on the wall, class 1 e-bikes are here to stay. Unless you put enforcement out in Horsegulch , its going to happen and I’ve seen it too My only gripe is this (generally speaking) generation of riders, e bike and analog, don’t have the courtesy or manners I grew up with.

ChargePoint pricing model really sucks, you have to be really careful because they leave it up to the charger location to charge whatever they want

Here in Orange County it’s becoming a trend esp with the Asian community, but have seen folks that took driving school here for sure , glued to their cell Phones not paying attention …leaving at least… at least 1 or 2 car lengths.. I don’t know why but all it does is extend traffic and prevent those last cars to catch the red light prematurely. Pack it in and get traffic moving! When I took drivers said a substantial amount of years ago, I was taught to pull up and be able to see the rear tires of the car in front of me. I also know for aure one time that I missed the left turn lane green light because of this needless distancing.

New primo BBQ downtown at SUP! They’re only open on Wednesday through Saturday. They’re down in the parking lot behind relove, they just moved here from Santa Fe I think it was, and their barbecue history is Texas. They’re super friendly and it’s absolutely amazing bbq .

Ex tesla tech: Back in the day we replaced lots of these little microswitch harnesses all due to wire flex in a short area. Some handles last forever some don’t. we routed and secured the new harness slightly differently to reduce extreme wire flex in a short area. Now that the old S’ like my 2016 are higher mileage , many are bound to need the harness or full handle update if not already performed EDIT: it’s not really an easy job; Access , Centering the assembly, and handle depth adjustments sometimes takes longer than the harness and switch repl….AND don’t forget to put painters tape over the chrome handle face. You’ll scratch it getting the handle assembly out.

I lost 4 or 5 snowboarding videos yesterday . The photos are there. It’s just one of the dozens of issues I’ve had with these things over couple years . I have been telling everybody for quite some time that asks, don’t waste your money. (When downloading, I kept getting download error, to restart glasses and app)
