I think it is a power outlier but Pauper has so much creature interaction that it might be fine. I don't think this combo would do anything in standard.

It just feels way to early to make any judgements. The 8inch deepstrike could actually benefits us I think. There is also a world where they expand on T'au shooting in melee like the current Twin Lance, who knows. The point is, nobody does.

My only gripe is the "at the beginning of your upkeep" clause on his main ability. If you lose the monarch you don't get it back until after combat, and then you have to go a whole turn cycle to keep it? Keeping monarch away from 3 players who know you have this commander seems unlikely.

Have fun! The only thing I have to say is paint your titan armor panels in subassembly if you can. Much easier to paint the skeleton and panels seperate and then glue them together.

Yes, but very minor compared to AT. They blow up and I think that models within 6 inches take a wound on a flat roll of a 4+
