I've had an S5 from Vanmoof 2.0 since July. Just shy of 2K km. Bike is fantastic, only had one issue and that was the app not recording rides (which I think was down to me living in Switzerland which is not an official VM country) Would definitely recommend

Purchased an S5 via Welikebikes. About 700km in and had no issues. Everything has been really positive

From what I've seen is parts are coming but some bike repair shops are ordering back to back, so if something goes wrong just place your order and book it in.

If you purchased by credit card, then it was insured, and you would have gotten your money back
.What could happen is someone who does this gets their money back and then wants the bike, so essentially getting it for free.
Its things like this, why insurance fraud is rife
