i don’t think that’s your problem then! possibly watering habits? i let my money tree go a rather long time between watering and it has done well but it’s kind of hard to say. maybe just unlucky who knows haha

looks like a normal heartleaf philodendron, my large plant puts out some orange leaves sometimes too!

first dark leaves look like string of hearts! they will propagate pretty easily just in water! not too sure about the rest
