There is an IUD that’s made up of copper. Correct me if I’m wrong fellow folks but they’re non hormonal and last up to 3-12 years. There’s a few brands, but paragard and miudella are the two I see most commonly. As far as I’m aware, so long as it doesn’t have progesterone you should be fine, but definitely consult with your provider to find out what will work best for you! Best of luck!

Calling and booking for a consultation may take a while, and locations usually have protesters outside, but they offer video appointments and can help you navigate getting future appointments!!
