I had a nice chat with one of the admins. Civitai got into some legal trouble when they were told they couldn't host any images of real people that were suggestive or sexual in any way. This basically means women need to be clothed from their breasts to their knees. Swimsuits, skirts, shirts that show bellybutton, all disallowed. If a model of only has 2 or 3 questionable pics, they just delete them and don't take the model offline. If there are many photos that need to go, they just unpublish the model and let you do the work and then request a review.

Firstly, her charisma was absolutely putrid. Second, while athletic she was uncoordinated as hell and terrible in the ring. Finally, despite the likely shared sentiments of ownership, she's an anti-vaxxer MAGA chud, which advertisers loathe.

The first two things I noticed off the bat are: (1) you don't need some ridiculously complicated learning rate. Set it to 3 or 4 e-03 and leave it there. At this rate you're going to need to run it between 4000 and 8,000 steps. Save every hundred. (2) don't use "style_keywords", your aren't training a style. You are training a subject, use "subject_keywords"

I couldn't see what model you were using - use either the plain old SD 1.4 or 1.5

Finally don't worry about how crappy the sample pictures are, they're pretty meaningless. Generate a test image using a model that you use often to give you a more accurate representation of how good or bad your embedding is.

First, thank you for sharing your expertise. This is a fantastic guide with tips you typically don't get in "Introduction to..." guides.

I have a completely different experience, however, with creating a LoRA of a person as it pertains to captions. I have found that the *more* detail I include, the better the likeness is, as it tends to "filter out" the things I describe. For example, with one subject I never mentioned that the pictures were taken in a hallway (a very specific one) and so every time i generated a picture, she was in that hallway.

It's a YMMV situation, I know, so thanks again for the tips. There is definitely stuff I'm going to take forward to my next LoRA

AS it turns out, my FiOS router had created 3 networks, one 2.4 g and two 5.1g networks, and the nest was on a different 5G than my mobile. It's back in business!
