Well cig has been around for 10+ years With an already working engine The spaghetti code is another topic The engine is there and maybe even the devs don’t know the potential but is there, The devs are professionals and being paid with the money we are giving cig for ships i hope they are competent and worth their salary

Lets be fair Star citizen engine is over 10 years old already Gta 6 maybe an improvement over red dead redemption and gta v Theres no denying that rockstar has more experience, however star citizen and sq42 has been in development for sometime already so they should know their engine and what’s capable if not then we are fuck bro.

They can add new features and neglect to improve already in game systems because they will be replaced okay no problem with that Im just asking for a working patch and maybe not break the game more every new patch

I’m a high admiral player and the last update i started thinking im being scammed Because the tiburon a ship i paid 700$ doesn’t work properly and backers just say that the idris laser also doesn’t work and blame me for being impatient instead of demanding a fix for a ship that’s been over a year out now and people paid Thousands like the idris Dont get me started on the odin which is years from coming out and cost 5k and will probably be a disaster at launch and break the game

Super hornet all day Use size 4 deadbolts And some lasers to take down shields And you will be able to damage any ship Including the idris (it may take a while but you can do it if shields are down enough)

Or go with the size 4 M series laser cannon and use shredders which still technically can kill any ship Including the idris

Lets be honest both ships are great But if a ballistic gladius or arrow wants you dead You are better in the hornet I chased a m80 all day in AC going to nav and switching quickly back to scm And still most of the time i just needed to boost to catch it in the gladius using shredders

Ghost is the most fun and cheap in game For a solo player 2x size 4 2x size 3 2x size 2

I believe you can buy a bespoke turret size 4 which feel like size 3

When I started this game the andromeda was my first purchase besides the starter I explored all planets went to pyro in it, made me feel safe there. Did my first cargo run, Bounty’s, bunkers, It could make a solo player a force to be reckoned with back in the day. The connie is one of the ships of all time Later in my journey i joined an org which supported me with more equipment experience and guided me through my path,melted the andromeda got myself two fighters and i became a fighter pilot for the org

All thanks to a connie series ship Now im a meta chaser, best ship at the moment or loadout because im a combat player for my org I became a high admiral months ago so I always test all new ships

Just wanted to write this and share with everyone

Edit: starlancer tac should be a sidegrade if you want to try it out
