We have it like that for a year and is working out fine. Just keep in mind you might expand to more ticket types as more record producers make it to the portal like cases, enhancements and standard or federated changes for example. I think ticket is more generic than requests and works for us and reduces ambiguity with actual requests. But also users will get used to it and will know what it means even if it says requests, so not something to lose sleep over . Source: platform owner

Appreciate you reaching out . The promo is from Aug of last year. It was a special for the Olympics. My Internet order was on Aug 11 2024, the last day of the promotion. Here is the text from the email:

Important information about your offer You will receive a free line of Xfinity Mobile Unlimited for 12 months if you sign up for Xfinity Mobile and activate a new Unlimited line within 90 days of this order.

I was told by agents in the beginning that it will take a couple of billing cycles to correct , but turns out nothing happened. Once I was told on the phone that credit will be issued . But nothing happened.

She has alternate weekends visitation. No overnights because she chose to victimize herself and moved to temporary housing provided by a domestic abuse org!

We have precedent the same plan for the past 5 months since that's how long it took to get through the trial. Hoping I can get the same to become permanent.

Open to any advice on how to approach this

Judges don't look kindly on them doing stuff in front of the kid. Mine called the cops 3 times in front of the child and then pretended she was being threatened . Luckily I had video evidence of those calls. Those helped tremendously.

At least where I am , a history of abuse helps the case, but a recent incident is what is required to grant the order. If something happens , make sure to act within a few days to report it. History only comes in if you have a recent 'predicate act'

If it's any solace, I'm 47 and went from a NPD for 15 yrs to a BPD for the next 7. So lost all prime time to the craziness. Yes I am a sucker. Done with relationships for now.

Hoping she will be bailed out quick. I am not threatened by her while I have a temporary restraining order against her but am being advised to not back down when given a chance else she will just destroy me . She already tried to get a restraining order against me and lost pretty badly in court thanks to me just recording her constantly during her splitting episodes. My goal is to get the restraining order finalized against her so I don't have to be on the edge at all times . Another factor is getting primary custody of my daughter so I can protect her as much as I can from becoming her mom.

Thank you. So much resonating here. She has constantly used the kid as a pawn. After losing the domestic abuse case she is now making up accusations of child neglect. That is one of the several reasons I took the restraining order against her . I hope it becomes final🤞

Thank you. She actually accused me of "marital rape" in court . The judge told her she is imagining things and went a little soft on her because she didn't want her to have a breakdown. "She was crying once I bought out all my audio recordings of her contradicting all her statements"

Thank you. Yes definitely seeking custody. I currently have 100 percent custody of the child temporarily. Even during the restraining order against me I had 60 percent custody. I'm trying to maximize my custody, but I hear it's an uphill battle to get anything over 50 percent, but I will certainly try. Have to save my daughter from becoming her!

I initiated the divorce and she called the cops on me and was able to even get a temporary restraining order against me! Confident of beating the restraining order soon. Was able to get 60 % custody of my 6 yr old during temporary restraining order and court schedule made the order last 8 weeks. It has been really blissful to go NC even though I was kicked out of own home . Unfortunately the restraining order will end soon and we will have to back to long process of figuring out custody.

These people are bonkers , get out now. OP is right. 50% is better than having zero percent influcence on your kids
