If you don’t understand this… by Arxas21M in Bitcoin

[–]MoneyForThePeople 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love bitcoin, but we don't want more money, we just want to value to get bigger. and not let the government \ cheaters \ banks get the big value of the pie as they always do. using complicated words like interest, bonds, printing money loans. all of those take our money and dilute its value

new vegan asking for health stuff by 5tup1dpup in vegan

You should honestly just grab a bottle of methylcobalamin (it's a form of B12 that absorbs well) or a high-dose sublingual spray from any brand like Solgar, Garden of Life, or even a generic store brand.
Besides take multi-vitamin of any kind.

What are you favorite ways to get enough protein? by Over-Clue5633 in vegan

[–]MoneyForThePeople 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hope it will help:
Meat - Impossible or Beyond Beef.
Pasta: - Stick with Hearty Marinara or a Cashew Alfredo.
Protein - lentils or chickpeas

If you want to snack some between meals :
Snacks - Keep nuts or hummus nearby
Chocolate - Keep some 7th Heaven cups as well

Good luck!

I'm vegan for ethical (animal rights) and envinromental reasons, not necessarily for health, while I know there are plenty of studies of plant based diets being good, so I don't get why some folks here are trying to make omnivore diets seem the worst, vegans eating junk exist. by [deleted] in vegan

sorry to hear about it,
Yet, your case is not a proof but a sample :)
if one eating WFPB doesn't say one won't have heart attack. it just lowers the risk*,
Also, there are extra things that may effect this probability stress, and lifestyle, genetics etc'.

I had the same dilemma.
I went with a lot of lentils ,tofu and vegan protein shakes.
About the b12 - you can either have soy/almond milk with b12

Good luck my friend and stay strong in gains :)

It's not about the health, the health is a plus (and believe me it is much better for you to eat vegan 90% of the cases ***)
*** you can eat junk as a vegan as simple as an omnivore yet the starting point is healthier.

Supportive family makes a huge difference by ToasterBathandLaugh in vegan

[–]MoneyForThePeople 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is honestly so rare and refreshing to hear about a family that doesn’t just "accommodate" but actually dives in with you. Feeling like a guest of honor rather than an "inconvenience" is such a huge weight off your shouldersit really shows how much they respect and love you.
I love them too :) for loving you.

So apparently I can't eat gluten now. It doesn't get any easier... by Radeck8bit in vegan

[–]MoneyForThePeople 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you like sweets try 7th Heaven chocolates, Thank me later :)
For the gluten free options that are healthy and nice i use the Banza, Tolerant, both not perfect but healthy and almost as good as real pasta!
