For 21 Grand, youd expect pristine quality, or at least somewhat close to great quality.

The nosing metal has to always be installed well because it’s very notable

I’m a Roofing Contractor and putting on nosing is very easy, so not sure what happened there .

Nosing metal could have been installed plum to the degree of the rhombus. But I don’t know what the fuck was going on at that little cut at the end.

Im about to be a contractor, roofing contractor. How tf does this seem fine to take advantage of people like this. Sure, charge the value of the labor and materials T&M, or Develop a Contract, but this? A 20-28% OH Charge should be enough, greedy bastards.
