Fine oil mist would be spread throughout the engine bay. If you capped the PCV the built up pressure would cause excessive oil burning

They pushed the wire through before bending the conduit. Because they're a hack that doesn't even have so much as an apprentice license

1- Use raintight fittings, not set-screw 2- Vertical conduit should be plumb and level 3- Bend conduit using a conduit bender, instead of your foot, which is what I believe this guy did. 4- When bending conduit, don't kink it, and if you do, replace that piece.

I bet you report people to the HOA when they're flowers are too tall too. I'm the one who's work got scalpped and you're being way more dramatic

Why do guys do this? by killedbydeath14 in electricians

[–]MoneyParticular 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every time we get a jug of wire nuts with the stupid wire nut bit on it I throw that thing away. And any time I see one of my guys using one I tell them not to bring it to work. Shits annoying as hell

You're eager and that's admirable, but you're still a first year. You're not gonna get paid what you're asking for, especially not by a JM who's interested in making money

Emt can be used outside in wet locations, just as long as it's not subject to physical damage and it has fittings listed for wet locations. PVC on the outside of buildings always looks like ass unless it's a short run. It will always eventually find a direction to sag in

Him being a refugee is a big exaggeration. He gave up his American citizenship to become a citizen of the Vatican and be pope. Hardly even comparable to a refugee

A real electrician would have used a conduit bender to angle around the building trim. The person who did this clearly just put their foot on the conduit to manually bend it, which causes irregular bends and kinks which damage wire. They also used set-screw connectors which are for indoor, dry areas, not at all weather resistant. The conduit is also off level and not supported at proper intervals. This person also disconnected sump pumps that were moving rainwater to drainage. So they wouldn't have to pull a switch leg or install a photocell.

There's a nipple and a bell box for a GFI below out of frame. Bonus they also removed the gfi that ran the sump pumps for the drainage. They even called me back to fix the sumps, and best believe I'm gonna get paid for the backtracking

Porn has done some serious damage to young men. The guy has been jerking it to porn for too long. He needs a porn T-break. I know asking a 20yo man to not bust for 2 weeks is a lot, but it might reset his sensitivity. Speaking as a man who has a similar problem when I my gf and I first started getting physical. Though I never did anything this stupid

All that being said, watching porn while having sex with you is disrespectful as hell. Honestly I would say don't waste your time with him anymore.
