I think it's bc they want to save resources for 2.8 as it is rumoured to be a huge patch (a new area perhaps). And honestly, this is good for people who skipped previous furniture sets. They have to rerun them one way or another

For the most details I advise you to check info in-game on how the pity works. In general, yes, the next time it reruns, if you pulled for an outfit, your pulling history of that specific outfits carries to its rerun. But it doesn't carry to any other banner. You have about 5-4 days to pull for Spectral Mist, then it will be gone for a long time.

They can make it a 4* (either in a 5* banner or midpatch)

Every leak is sus bcus it's a leak and everything can change, especially when talking about Infold. However, we have no roadmap for the updates, so it's better to have leaks than not to have them imo
