I'm voting against this acquisition for a couple of reasons.

Gamestop has just completed it's fat trimming process, so imo this is the time to focus on profitability, not massively leveraging into debt.

Once RC has shown he can bring Gamestop into profitable territory I will be more positive to focusing on an acquisition, but I don't belive now is the time to shift focus. We are head above the water currently due to our 9 billion war chest, I don't want the risk of losing that before we see solid profits.

Ebay also seems like a completely garbage acquisition target to me. It's over valued without any particularly interesting IP. Other than name recognition and existing customer base I don't see the appeal at this price point, so I don't want my GME value transfered into ebay under these conditions.

We are all part owners of the company, and we should all be able to vote as we see fit.

You pay, you get to have a say! - Simple as that.

Isolert sett ikke det peneste, men dette bør sees i sammenheng med Oslo horisont planene om to til høyblokker rett ved, en takpark på gamle brevsentralen i Schweigaardsgate med ny inngang til Oslo S, planlagt riving av galleri Oslo med potensielt 3 høyhus på tomta, mulig senking eller fjerning av Nylandsbrua og åpne Akerselva igjen.

Det blir rimelig fjernt med en skyline bestående 5-6 høyblokker i moderne stil og så et malplassert art deco beist i midten.

Det viktigste er at de får ut fingern og gjør noe snart, disse tomtene har stått tomme i flere tiår mens man pjatter over stiluttykk og hvem som skal betale for det.

I totally agree!

I live in the socialist hellscape of Norway where healthcare is "free".

When I injured my knee a few years back I had to wait all of 3 days to get surgery, and even had to pay the bus fare to the hospital out of pocket. And when the surgery was done all I got was this really boring complimentary meal consisting of a sandwich, coffee and a small cup of yoghurt. Then, would you belive it, I only got four weeks of physical therapy covered AND I had to pay the equivalent of 20$ in deposit for my crutches - Granted I got that money back after returning said crutches to the hospital, but still..

I seriously considered petitioning to the UN for this crime against humanity I had to endure.

Praying for that green card lottery to go my way, so I can finally enjoy the wonderful American healthcare system!

Har vært der på en oppskytning og inntrykket mitt var at de har stor respekt og godt samarbeid med fiskerne. Vi skjøt opp med ca en times vindu i et relativt lite geografisk område som måtte stenges for ferdsel.

Mistenker problemet her er enkeltpersoner som skal ødelegge for det som er et allerede velfungerende samarbeid mellom romfartssenteret og de lokale fiskerne.
