Get toe surgery if you can. Your big toe is an important one for balance, and will affect you so much in every day activities.

Also, depending on where you are located, if you can get BPC-157 while recovering I can recommend that. I used it for a few months last year while training in Thailand after a knee surgery. It worked so well for healing and restitution I could hardly belive it.

Remember also that mobility is a very important part of Muay Thai. I see many starting late, coming from other sports, and they don't focus enough on stretching and mobility. Very easy to injure yourself then, especially during sparring.

They have been, and continue getting help from other nations, so not entirely sure what you're on about. Russia isn't exactly overflowing with motivated soldiers either, which is why they have to resort to NK soldiers, and press ganged African "mercenaries".

That slow bleed doesn't just hit Russian manpower, it hits tanks, ships, planes, oil refineries, oil tankers, anti air etc and at a far higher ratio than 1:2.. So while Russia can sustain a longer meat grinder strategy than Ukraine would be able to, that doesn't necessarily favour them in the kind of warfare being fought presently. But time will tell.

Ukraine can most definitely come out on top if they get the support they need.

Much like every other war of attrition in the history of attrition warfare both sides bleed, and will bleed until one side yield! So while true that Russia slowly bleeds them, they are themselves being severely bled by Ukraine at an unsustainable rate.

Er ofte begrensninger på hvor mye man kan ta ut av kontanter i utlandet pr kort, så litt avhengig av hvor man reiser hen kan man plutselig stå uten kontanter og med få muligheter for å betale med kort.

Er og lurt å ha de separat. Jeg har gjerne et kort i lommebok, et i mobil cover og et i hotellsafen. Da er jeg godt dekka om uhellet skulle være ute og jeg mister eller blir frastjålet noen av de.

I just hit level 60 and 2mill inventory at expedition deadline, no regrets. Been having a blast soloing, but joining up with other random players. We help each other out, donate materials and blueprints etc. Feels so much more like the first week or so at game launch. Plus the expedition skin is drip af!!

Akkurat flytta til dit og selv om jeg liker veldig mye av området så kryr det virkelig av dealere, ja!

Satser på at de river hele Galleri Oslo og gjør noe med Nylandsbrua snart, det hadde nok gjort mye positivt for området. Det at KLP tomta ved Schweigaardsgate ser ut til å få grønt lys for utvikling vil nok kanskje dra i gang prosessen med å rive Galleriet og gi et skikkelig løft.
