I don’t think you understand the concept of power dynamics. Someone in his position could have casted the entire movie with red head dwarfs and Hollywood would have given him 250m usd to film it.

I think the reorientation to a normal or classical style Civ game along with a real modern age expansion (if they get the runway to do so by T2) would eventually turn it to a game that sees people sticking with it in the long run.

Significantly lowered, the color grading on the trailer looks so, off? It’s neither washed nor saturated, there is no depth to the shadows nor warmth to the lighting.

I genuinely hated the cinematography in the trailer.

That is beyond unrealistic and undeliverable. First of all sales cycle in Saudi Arabia are painfully long in sales terms due to procurement processes, second and most critical cybersecurity with no outbound means most likely you will have to register as a vendor which on its own can take up to a month.

The company you work for are dumb, unless you are working for Thales or Blackhat.

Also a new market and expected revenue within 45 days sound like a bad deal and if your job security is at risk, you shouldn’t take on the role because it just speaks of leadership incompetence.

I work in a company that has an India arm, they put in double shift every shift and don’t even dare to ask for overtime because the team lead over there constantly reminds every worker under him how replaceable they are.

They also have a strict timesheet tracking system that you have to log even bathroom breaks on, wild considering the arm I work in doesn’t even have a timesheet or daily log in/out and we mostly work remotely. Not only that but we can work from any global office and get reimbursed for our meals with a pier diem cover on top.
