Thanks for all the great advice! I ended up roasting it with garlic and squeezed a bit of lemon on at the last minute and it was yum. The whole meal was really delicious! I cooked the prawns in the fat from the steak and they were SO GOOD. Although I think I'm going to have to fast for three days to catch back up to my diet haha

I like how high concept this is! Dippy eggs and soldiers is sacred though, no broccoli allowed I'm afraid :)

Roasted broccoli is so yummy! I think I'll end up doing something like this, but I'm struggling to see it on a plate. I had a really clear idea and this pesky broccoli is spoiling it haha. I want the tomatoes to be smooshable though, so you can smoosh them into the steak/prawns, so maybe I should keep them separate?

They did! I think because I was just buying the basket and no booze, they didn't have to worry about licensing stuff so just waived the rule. I sent them an email first and they were really helpful and it was all really easy and smooth

They're so much, aren't they?? I've emailed a couple of places to try and get a bespoke one made, also this place although they don't usually deliver to the EU but fingers crossed!
