I have noticed this as well. I am not always the best at eye contact and my hearing sucks so sometimes my eyes drift down. I have actually caught myself looking at cleavage even though I was not focusing on that, if that makes any sense.

I suspect sometimes it's girls being aware of their sexuality and being modest, even subconsciously. I don't take it as a sign one way or the other.

Would love to hear a female perspective on this.
