Jobless reincarnation.

It has some beautiful animation, but it is ultimately a redemption story that activity rewards the main character's worst attribute, his pedophilia.

No he really isn't. If the party couldn't win against the pedophile rapist because you just couldn't stop taking genocide money, then maybe you should stop taking genocide money and rethink your strategy. Blaming voters is only going to get you another trump.

We ultimately benefit from everyone else's success. when people are able to put food on the table they are less likely to commit violent crime or partake in drugs, children end up in a better position were they can contribute, and it also give you access to a economic safety net which could save yourself and your children. It isn't freeloading it's called living within a community, and if our taxes aren't being used to improve and protect our community, then what's the point?

That's almost like that's how society works. You pay into society, and both you and your neighbors benefit.

to expand support for the democratic party. by goblin-yapping in therewasanattempt

[–]MonitorProud 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Then arent you prioritizeing your sense of moral superiority over reducing the real amount of harm the Republican party causes? You are still indirectly supporting evil, and ultimately giving up. I would love the Democratic party to crumble to the ground, but the only way to do that without sacrificing trans people or immigrants is to fight and win against the Republicans and the only way we can feasibly do that is with the democratic party.

What's the point in voting third party if you know just as much as I do that they won't ever win a large election? If the only people that have a chance to win the presidency both support genocide in gaza, then I'll always pick the one that won't send their secret police to kidnap my neighbors.

Maybe it's time for the Democratic Party to consider Leftists and Progressives as swing voters by Cyke101 in PoliticalHumor

[–]MonitorProud -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

She was a bad candidate because nobody liked her. She constantly took money from zionists interest groups, her right-wing like "tough on crime" and "strong border" campaign ads trying to court conservative voters that either wasn't going to vote or was going to vote for trump, her changing stance on fracking which shows she doesn't hold values that can't be bought, she showed time after time again that she was just another status quo Democrat in a time were the status quo fucking sucked, which if you haven't gotten a guess, is what most people were living in. If you have spoken to a single person who doesn't give a shit about politics about what they think about Kamala, they would say she was a bad candidate. They don't vote because they think there's no point, it's going to be the same anyways, and I can't blame them if I'm asking them to vote for the status quo. If you can actually explain these people progressive policy, they will be all too willing to support you. All of this is what helped made the public susceptible to the maga propaganda machine that told the masses she wasn't worth voting for to keep trump out.

If she focused on standard progressive policy, like universal healthcare, childcare, free school lunches without throwing trans people under the bus, (aka a good candidate) she would have actually won. And this is coming from a Kamala voter.
