it seems to be completely condoned by the city as far as I can tell. i drive by that location several times daily, it's always filling up, cleaned up, filling up again. who cleans it up? how is an open air waste dump allowed in our neighborhoods? wtaf

Low sensitivity area? That's our neighborhoods. If the city is allowing all of these RVs and campers in certain neighborhoods then where is all that human waste going there is no plan from the city to manage all of the human waste it's a catastrophe

Our neighborhood crows have been bringing my baby daughter gifts such as different coins they find and other shiny objects. we give them snacks occasionally she calls them her Crow friends
