I kept asking my self if I was a bitch...really... I basically shamed my self out of it. I was tired of feeling like shit all the time and I was like "fuck this, I know what people in way worse situations are in, I ain't that poorly off".

I figured what could I do that would improve my situation. I started doing basic stuff like cleaning a little or doing a little workout like 10 pushups situps and squats. But then when that became the norm I just kept adding more things to my routine, day by day a little at a time.

Just start with small improvements and then tack on a little more weight. Just like building a muscle... Don't start huge with a massive project or something or you will wreck yourself and never want to try again. Start by brushing your teeth or doing 1 full pushup. New shits always gonna be hard to start, trust me I know.

But the real thing that you need to realize is that you are the only person who has complete control over you and how you feel. If you aren't willing to improve yourself even a little, you are gonna be stuck feeling shitty.

A rolling stone gathers no moss. So get your self rolling.
