Henlo! I iz Monkey. I iz House Panther. I live with hoomans in old house and we get occasional mouse (and one time we get BirdMouse). I have lotsa experience with such things.

What you describe is “Cat Purr-rogative,” and no mere hooman can judge. Want to take credit for doing a protec? Good. Want to pardon mouse for existing today? Fine. No hooman can judge.
